This policy explains what personal information Beverlynn collects through www.beverlynn.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do with it. "Beverlynn", "we" and "us" mean Beverlynn Infraspace LLP, which runs this website, and the Beverlynn firms that develop and sell the projects shown on it.

What we collect

When you fill in a form, we receive what you type: your name, mobile number, email address and message, the project you are asking about and, on the sales enquiry form, your occupation. Job applications also include your CV and your current employer and role. Vendor, channel partner and land proposals include the business details you enter, such as a firm name, GST, PAN or RERA number, or details of the land.

Some information arrives automatically when you visit: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you open and the website that sent you here. If you come to the site by clicking one of our ads, the link carries the campaign name and a click reference from Google or Meta. Your browser keeps those campaign details for up to 90 days, so that an enquiry you send later can still be linked to the ad.

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep a record of the conversation so that our team can follow up. Calls with our sales team may be recorded for quality and training.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry: calling, messaging or emailing you, sending brochures, price details and plans, and arranging site visits.
• To consider job applications, vendor registrations and land or project proposals.
• To measure our advertising. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel show us how people use this site and which ads lead to enquiries. We may also send your phone number and email address to Meta and Google in hashed form, a scrambled code they can only match against details they already hold, together with how far your enquiry went (for example, a site visit or a booking). They use this to measure our ads and to show them to people who are more likely to be interested.
• To keep spam off our forms, using Cloudflare Turnstile.
• To meet our legal duties, including those under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and tax law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as far as the purposes above need:

• with the companies that host and run our website and customer records for us;
• with Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for ad measurement as described above;
• with Cloudflare, for spam protection on our forms;
• with government authorities, courts or regulators when the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies in your browser. We also keep the campaign details of your last ad click in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. You can block or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ads through your Meta ad preferences. Our forms still work if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to answer and follow up, for as long as any purchase that follows requires, and for as long as the law requires. Campaign details in your browser expire after 90 days. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. You can also withdraw your consent at any time; that does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Write to us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once the relevant parts of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 are in force.

Security

This site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and in our systems only the staff who need your details for their work can see them. No way of storing or sending information is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you where the law requires it.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date below.
